Where we work in Glen View
Glen View is a large high-density suburb about fourteen kilometres south-west of the city centre, with Budiriro to the north and Glen Norah to the east. It is divided into numbered areas, Glen View 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8, plus extensions and Riverside, and the Glen View Area 8 furniture complex is one of the city's best-known furniture-making markets.
Addresses are given by area and house number, so include both with your booking. Council water is irregular and many households rely on community boreholes, which is worth mentioning if your washing machine struggles to fill.
Many homes share a yard, and a chest freezer may be supporting a small home business as well as the family. Tell us how the appliance is used and where it stands, and the technician will plan the visit around it.
What we repair in Glen View
Small fridge-freezers and chest freezers in Glen View homes are repaired where they stand, including freezers used for a home business. We test airflow, the thermostat, fans and seals before the sealed system, so regassing is only quoted when a test shows a leak, from US$30.
A washing machine that stops halfway through a wash is tested on site, from the door lock and pump to the control board.
