Frequently Asked Questions About Same-Day Appliance Repairs
Does same-day mean the repair will be finished today?
No. Same-day refers to arranging attendance when a booking can be confirmed, not a promise that parts and labour finish before evening. Diagnosis happens first. Some jobs need a return visit.
What makes a same-day slot more likely?
A clear suburb, a contact who can open the door, and a fault description that is safe to attend. Peak traffic, gated access delays and parts that are not on the van can still push the visit.
Should I wait to book until the morning the appliance fails?
Book as soon as the fault is clear. Confirmation still depends on technician availability that day. Our line is open 24/7, and an evening failure is booked for the first slot a technician can attend.
Is same-day available outside Harare?
Surrounding service areas such as Ruwa, Norton and Chitungwiza are covered as mobile callouts, but travel time is part of attendance. Say the town on the form so confirmation is honest about the window.
