Why Is My Freezer Too Cold?
A freezer should hold around minus 18°C. If it is far colder and the compressor never switches off, the thermostat contacts may have stuck closed, the temperature sensor may be reading wrong, or the control board may be holding the compressor on. Turning the dial warmer and seeing no change is a strong clue.
